Qualification Summary
Reference OPM Group Coverage Qualification Standards for Clerical and Administrative Support Positions. To qualify at the FV-E (FG/GS-7/8) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-D (FG/GS 3-6) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE may include but not limited to: Inventory management; experience with federal regulations or procedures; developing budget estimates; experience compiling, tracking, and analyzing data; communicating effectively; and familiar with stock levels, tech orders, supply catalogs, manuals, stock lists, reports, etc.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
